ABOUT US

We are an Australian owned traffic control and road safety management company located in Perth Western Australia.

 

THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a successful up and coming Traffic Management Company. LGC Traffic Management are seeking a dynamic Office Manager for their Midvale office.

In this role you will be responsible for all facets of accounts management and payroll across two three separate locations. You will be sought to attend business development meetings and contribute to marketing discussions.

A strong accounts background and an understanding of inter entity relationships is important. Experience in the building and renovation industry will be considered advantageous.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be proficient in Myob and Xero Accounting Software

  • Have strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

  • Be competent and aware of all facets of ATO reporting including Business Activity Statements, Construction Industry Long Service Leave Returns, Taxable Payments and Payroll Tax.

  • Liaise with our External Accountant

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable

  • Encourage strong client relations

  • Manage Cash flow and Forecasting

  • Prepare and Present Reports at monthly meetings

  • Execute weekly Pay runs

  • Have a strong understanding of Legislative requirements with regard to Superannuation and PAYG.

  • Daily, Weekly & End of Month reconciliations.

  • Regularly review and maintain accounting processes and policies to ensure compliance and best practice

  • Provide support and assistance to the Directors when required

  • Experience with ISO accreditation is highly desired

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Resident in with the right to work in Australia

 

To further succeed in this role you will have strong organisational skills and high attention to detail. An ability to manage unexpected events and prioritise accordingly is beneficial and a cheerful disposition always helps.
