Established in 1994 Paint Professionals is a multi-award winning Company based in Adelaide with extensive experience in both Residential & Commercial Property markets.


We specialise in boutique interior & exterior painting, wallpaper, spray painting, roof painting, building repairs and maintenance, porters paint applicators, texture and render coatings, abrasive blasting and pressure cleaning.



We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team on a permanent casual basis based in our modern, compact office at Lonsdale to cover all the common daily duties that an office has. We are a progressive company moving very rapidly and hence the successful candidate must be adaptable to change, can problem solve and be highly organised.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Daily Data Entry

  2. Accounts Receivable & Payables

  3. Customer Invoicing

  4. General Administration Tasks

  5. Liaising with Customers

  6. Scheduling of employee work commitments

  7. Fortnightly payroll

  8. Completion of Monthly BAS


Skills and Experience

  1. Previous experience in an Office Management role is required.

  2. Proven skills in the use of a range of computer software programs and the ability to adapt to changes in a Computer based environment.

  3. Experience in the use of Xero Accounting Software and / or T-sheets would be an advantage.

  4. Proven Time Management skills and the ability to problem solve and prioritise a range of duties.

  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  6. The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
