We require an experienced dispatch /admin clerk to join our team based in Clayton.
The successful candidate MUST HAVE experience in the transport / logistics industry in a dispatch / admin role to enable to hit the ground running with the following tasks:
- Answering the phone and assisting customers and transport companies.
- Scheduling of loads
- Producing Invoices and Delivery dockets
- Data Entry
- Stock control
- Pallet control
- Developing reports using Excel
- Obtaining quotes for freight.
- Ordering some supplies.
The successful candidate will have clear and concise communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise and multi-task along with EXCELLENT computer skills (exp with WMS highly advantageous).
