A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our friendly Administration team. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of two years’ experience in hospital billing and receipting


Successful applicant will have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the health sector
  • All billing and receipting functions
  • Experience with desktop computers and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Mature approach in dealing with patients, residents, visitors and staff
  • High standard of oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to understand clinical and residential information systems
  • An understanding of the quality improvement process and the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards NSQHS

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience in accounts receivable, billing and banking
  • Experience in hospital admission and discharge processes
  • Knowledge of private hospital statistical collection processes
  • Experience in hospital medical record and data collection services
  • Knowledge on GST requirements
  • Accurate data entry skills
